It is all about mobilizing, engaging and networking people. Secondly it is about building and managing social learning networks in which friendly competition, fun and winning prizes stimulate a sustainable engagement of people. It is then also about big data and business intelligence through gamified psychometrics - to create insight, understanding and value.
